Meet The Leadership Team

Malka Rzepkowicz, Principal

A native of Toronto, Ontario, Malka started her career at Erez Funding as a real estate professional from 1998-2005. She later honed her skills at J&M Holdings where she worked as a portfolio manager in a variety of markets and submarkets overseeing its commercial properties. With her extensive experience, Malka has developed a keen understanding of capital improvement projects and operating strategies. Currently, she serves as Principal at Samba Holdings, supervising the asset management department as well as operations across its diverse portfolio.

Rachel Breitowitz, Principal

Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Rachel earned her Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). As a Principal at Samba Holdings, Rachel leads the acquisition and investor relations departments and is directly responsible for overseeing acquisition and financing. Rachel leverages her exceptional work ethic and strategic mind to manage capital structures, underwriting and market analysis. She has successfully led the Samba team in closing transactions totaling over $100 million.
